Zoofari Parks Now Accepting Conservation Grant Applications
Zoofari Parks is now accepting conservation grant applications for 2023..
Zoofari Parks bestows conservation grants on local, national and international wildlife and habitat projects annually.
Grants range from $500 up to $5,000 for specific conservation and research measures that directly contribute to the survival of a species, preferably in its natural range, or habitat preservation/reforestation.
"Conservation is the foundation of Zoofari Parks," said Zoofari Parks founder Eric Mogensen. "Through funding generated by visits to the parks and visitors' participation in unique animal encounters at our parks, we are able to support more than 130 organizations globally that work to ensure animals thrive in the wild."
Previous grant winners include:
- Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International
- Saiga Conservation Alliance
- The International Rhino Foundation
- The University of West Florida
